Kind hearts are gardens,
Kind thoughts are the roots,
Kind words are the flowers,
Kind deeds are the fruits.
Take care of your garden and
Keep out the weeds!
Fill it with sunshine
Kind words and Kind deeds.
     Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

“When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all of your thoughts break their bonds; your mind transcends limitations,...and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.”

 --Patanjali (c. 1st to 3rd century BC)
